Special Event
Sunday 6 April, 2 – 5pm
Philip Carter Family Auditorium
Vocalists from across the city perform a work composed by Ōtautahi-based artist Olivia Webb. This piece involves shared labour and lessons in ceding space and time.
This is a durational performance, feel free to drop in and out of the auditorium between 2pm and 5pm.
This performance is a part of A Time of Waiting, a series of temporary installations, site activations, and performances that investigate how seemingly passive actions can resonate or become politically charged responses to the relentless pace and demands of contemporary life.
Curated and toured by Chris Braddock, John Vea and Stephen Cleland, with support from Creative New Zealand, Auckland University of Technology and Te Wai Ngutu Kākā Gallery, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. Keep an eye on our website for additional performances in this series.
