Steven Junil Parks returns with his popular patchwork stitching workshop. Join the work of our hands in an act of shared solidarity and togetherness during the time of Matariki.
In this workshop Steven will teach the hand-sewing techniques associated with the Korean art of jogakbo. Participants will contribute to a collective piece that began its life during a Te Tiriti workshop facilitated in 2024.
Tātai Whetū, Tātai Tangata celebrates the rise of Puanga and Matariki through light, art, culture and whānau. Join us at the Gallery for weekend of wonderful events.
