Drop in still life drawing in the NZI Foyer (6:30-9pm)

Panel discussion on the changing New Zealand culinary scene with Giulio Sturla, owner and chef of Roots, Cuisine magazine’s Restaurant of the Year, Alex Davies, freelance chef and food activist who is currently creating sustainable culinary adventures with his pop up restaurant Gatherings, and Lauraine Jacobs, food writer at the Listener, and past president of New Zealand Food Writers Guild. (Under the Stairs in the NZI Foyer, 6:30pm)

Pop up talk on food and art with curator Felicity Milburn (The Phillip Carter Auditorium, 7:30pm)
