Having worked as a curator, writer and academic Kreisler will retrace familial footsteps, as a way of opening up a discussion about the role that the visual arts can take in stimulating a more distinctive, complex and vibrant sense of community.

Formerly Curator at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery, earlier this year Aaron Kreisler took up his current position as the Head of the School of Fine Arts, University of Canterbury.
