When are the CAG venues available for hire?
Every day of the week except Wednesday evenings (these are our public programme evenings) and Christmas Day. The Philip Carter Family Auditorium is available all day. The Bayleys Knight Frank Foyer is only available after 5pm as we’re open to the public during the day.

Can I hold my wedding ceremony at the Gallery?
Yes. We have had a range of ceremonies in the Gallery, from the grand events on the marble staircase to more intimate affairs in the Philip Carter Family Auditorium.

Can I hold my 18th birthday party, 21st or grad ball at the Gallery?
No. The Gallery is not really an appropriate venue for the above events.

Can I self-cater my event?
Unfortunately, no. The Gallery venues are unique and therefore require caterers who understand the environment. You can choose from any of our preferred caterers. 

Can I BYO my own beverages for my event?
Yes you can. All aspects of service, chilling and empties disposal need to be pre-arranged with your preferred caterer prior to the event.

Is there WIFI available to event guests?
Complimentary WIFI is available in the Foyer and Philip Carter Family Auditorium. Please ask your events coordinator for access details on the day of your event.

Where can my guests park?
The Gallery’s underground car park is available for your guests at an hourly rate. The car park is open until midnight, seven days a week, or later by pre-arrangement.
