The third film in this year’s iteration of the popular Japanese Film Festival. A fantasy about a lonely orphan, Miko, whose uncle arranges for her to live in stigmatised apartments to make them appeal to future tenants.

However, Miko can see dead people and encounters the ghosts of previous inhabitants, and tries to give them advice about their problems. (2018, 109 mins., Japanese with English subtitles)
