  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families of Christchurch Art Gallery, Christchurch City Council and associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: New Zealand residents who make a purchase from the Christchurch Art Gallery Design Store either in store or online during the month of December 2019 are eligible to enter. For purchases made in store there will be an entry form offered to each shopper to complete, for online purchases customer information will be automatically entered into the draw. Entrants may enter as many times as each individual purchase.
  4. DATES: The promotion starts on Sunday 1 December 2019 at 9am and entries close on Tuesday 31 December 2019 at Midnight.
  5. PRIZE: There will be four winning entries and each gift pack includes the following: 1 x $100 Universo (corner of Worcester Boulevard and Montreal Street Christchurch, New Zealand) food and beverage voucher which expires 12 months after the date of issue, is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. 1 copy of ART-TASTIC – an art activity book for young people with minty-fresh imaginations! Valued at $29.99. 1 x Christchurch Art Gallery tote bag valued at $10.00. Total value of $139.99NZD.
  6. PRIZE DELIVERY: Winners must collect the prize pack from Christchurch Art Gallery Design Store.
  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted by telephone or email using details provided on Monday 6 January 2020. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, Christchurch Art Gallery Design Store reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  8. NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
  9. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetū, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
  10. DATABASE: By entering the competition at the Christchurch Art Gallery Design store you give permission for Christchurch Art Gallery to send email and newsletter updates which you can opt out of at any time. Standard Christchurch City Council terms and conditions apply.
