There's a plywood hoarding blocking access to at least half of the Christchurch Art Gallery. The remainder of the perimeter is obscured by the restricted construction area and the hotly contested parking area for all manner of vehicles. It's impossible to see what all this activity is in aid of. You can, however, hear a lot of noise coming from the basement carpark.
