This exhibition features the work of Stephen Bambury, Gretchen Albrecht, Max Gimblett, James Ross, Richard Killeen, Ian Scott and Mervyn Williams. The unifying factor in this exhibition is that all of the works come under the broad banner of "Abstraction". However, within this definition there is considerable variety, ranging from Gretchen Albrecht's saturated colours and symmetrical shaped canvases to Killeen's painted metal cutouts which have escaped the confinement of the traditional frame. There is no doubt that the 21 works will make a very stimulating exhibition.
