My World: Children's Art 05

See the world through the eyes of students from Canterbury primary and intermediate schools.

Every two years the Christchurch Art Gallery invites local educational institutions to submit work for display in the Gallery.

The resulting exhibitions showcase the creativity and diversity of the region's young artists, and promote the continued growth of a strong artistic community.

This year students from primary and intermediate schools around Canterbury will participate in an exhibition based around the theme of My place/My time/ – how I see the world around me.

A large selection of the submitted work will be on display in the Ravenscar Gallery, giving viewers a glimpse of the world through young eyes.
