William Dargie Portraits 1960

Portraits of past deans of the University of Otago Medical School - Sir Charles Hercus, dean from 1937 to 1959, and Professor E. G. Sayers, dean from 1959-1967 were exhibited at the Robert McDougall Art Gallery in January 1960. The portraits were painted by the Australian artist, William Dargie, and were loaned from the Otago Medical School.
