The third film in the Christchurch iteration of the Eighteenth Latin America and Spain Film Festival, Ten Days Without Mom is an Argentinian comedy about an overwhelmed family.
Victor and Vera have been married for twenty years and have four children. Absolutely immersed in his work, Victor is oblivious to the everyday problems of his wife and children. When Vera decides to take a vacation for ten days, Victor takes time off work to care for the family. Almost immediately, chaos breaks out and expands like a plague. (2017, 99 mins.)
