Rattle, Roche's tribute to artist Chris Burden, demonstrates how everday materials can become living presences to be engaged and reckoned with when powered (like we are) by an electrical current. Loosely tethered, innards laid bare, Rattle is urgent and unstable, tapping its unique, inimitable rhythm out into the void, for as long as the power stays on.
