Behind the scenes
Obviously, there doesn't really need to be a reason for putting up an image as dazzling as this, but: today is National Poetry Day.
Bill Manhire, whose poem inspired this work, once said: 'Mystery is the big thing. If poets aren't exploring their way forward into mystery, they might as well give up completely.' Poets. Painters. Sounds about right.
