French journalist Olivier Weber discusses war journalism and the challenges we face as a global community in the twenty-first century. 

Weber has been a war correspondent for twenty-five years and has covered conflicts in Central Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Iraq. He is an assistant professor at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris, president of the Joseph-Kessel Prize and a former ambassador-at-large of France, and has won several national and international literature and journalism awards. Proudly presented in conjunction with the Alliance Française.
