This large, expressive paper pulp work is part of a major series with the general title of Bullipmunja. This term relates to concepts of reflection and nothingness in Zen Buddhism. The work is made by hand from New Zealand flax pulp and enlivened by threads of pulp that have been coloured with natural, but very vibrant, dyes.
