Above is the shop at the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. Here a bored looking customer services operative sits glumly and dares would be customers to ask about the stock. I was far too scared to go anywhere near the counter, hence this sideways-on long shot. The person leaning on the counter here is another member of staff, not a customer.
