Media professionals that we are, when copy dries up, we turn to Wikipedia for inspiration.

And what do you know, today's the birthday of Adam Faith, Len Hutton, King Edward VIII, the Empress Josephine, Alfred Kinsey, Stu Sutcliffe, Bob Fosse and Alan Turing.

And we can almost certainly rummage right to the back of our collection cupboard and find something that would give us a tenuous link with each of them.
