Well known painter and sculptor associated with St Ives, Denis Mitcell's exhibition of 18 sand cast bronzes and drawings was arranged through the British Council.
3,627 attended the exhibition, reflecting that interest was confined to those who knew his work. The exhibition was considered a little dated.
