We will be creating beautiful paper lanterns led by artists Priscilla Cowie and Kim Lowe focussing on the cultural significance of Tuna from a Ngāi Tahu and Māori perspective.
These paper lanterns are perfect to be taken to the Ōtautahi lantern parade.
