(b. 1973)
Robert Hood graduated in 1998 with a Fine Arts degree in sculpture from the University of Canterbury School of Fine Arts. He has exhibited in numerous group exhibitions, and had his first solo exhibition in 2000 at the High Street Project, Christchurch, and his first dealer gallery show at the Jonathan Smart Gallery, Christchurch in 2005. He has been awarded the Olivia Spencer Bower Foundation Art Award for 2007.
