Grant Wylie graduated with an Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Canterbury School of Fine Arts in 1999. Since then he has participated in group exhibitions throughout New Zealand and in Australia. In 2003 he had a solo exhibition Savage Hardy & Associate: contingencies and bottom lines at SoFA Gallery in Christchurch.
