These are some highlights from the Lawrence Baigent / Robert Erwin bequest of 41 works which came to the gallery on Robert's death in 2003. Several works were also presented to the gallery by Lawrence and Robert between 1981 and 1993.

The examples by Rita Angus and Leo Bensemann in this collection added an incredible depth to the Gallery's holdings of these artist's works and have been displayed on a regular basis since 2003.
