Paradigm Shift Five-Year Strategic Plan 2005-2010
The Paradigm Shift or Five-year Strategic Plan is a framework to guide the Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu to achieve its new Council-approved Vision of making the Cultural Precinct and Worcester Boulevard the most visited cultural tourism site in New Zealand to attract 400,000 visitors by 2009/10.
