Responsible for leading the visitor services team in providing information to visitors on exhibitions, public programmes and events. Managing the functions of the Guides and Shop teams within the Gallery. Delivery of facility maintenance and environmental monitoring, risk management and business continuity planning including effective security services. A member of the Gallery's management team.
